Sitting around and not being as active during lengthy Covid lockdowns has made some us feel a bit more stiff and less flexible than we once were.  We have a few general body stretching and strengthening exercises for you to try. Download them here.

Initially start with 5-10 repetitions 2 to 3 times a day and build up as you feel able to.  You should feel a difference in a few weeks, but if not give us a call on 01983 812576.
